The cooking surface has a little rim that helps keep juices and fats from dripping off during cooking.
It is compact and small to fit any countertop. It comes with a long 2.5 feet power cord for easy use from wall sockets.
The surface is nonstick aluminum that heats quickly and evenly.
There’s also a very slight raised barrier along the edge of the hot plate which quite usefully keeps juices, fats or other things from dripping out over the edge and making a mess everywhere.
This crepe maker is designed very compact which is very convenient for storage
For your convenience, there is a temperature knob to control the heat and two indicator lights – one for the power and the green one to indicate when the cooking plate is finished preheating.
