What reviewers didn't like

It's the most costly ninja blender we reviewed. Quite large and loud.
It doesn’t grind up seeds from blackberries or strawberries very well.
No stainless steel finish like the “Z” model.
So please expect some very loud noise coming from this blender will ya!
Sometimes smells like burnt plastic.
This one is a lot more expensive than getting a personal blender.
Somewhat difficult to clean, as the blender attachment is very large
At first try, I was a bit taken aback by the lock feature of the lid but I can see why it was designed that way.
It is relatively loud when in operation but lasts for less than a minute.
Some have complained about the suction cup feet on their countertops
