It looks like a regular mitten, but it has a soft silicone top that a baby can gnaw on.
I LOVE how its machine washable in its own little pouch that it comes with. I think E really enjoys the crunchy sound it makes as well.
What we love about this product is the velcro strap and mitten design which means your child cannot lose the teether and will be chewing for hours.
Caleb loves to chew on his hands a lot. This teething mitten protects his hands in addition to being a teether. It’s made with a BPA-free silicone, which is soothing to his gums. And he loves the crinkling sound it makes – it always makes him giggle and smile and really captures his attention.

What reviewers didn't like
My only caveat is that you have to make sure you get it as snug as possible. Now that Caleb is 5.5 months old, he can sometimes pull the mitten off.
