Heat reflective silver platinum exterior ensure uniform browning. Proudly made in the USA by Nordic Ware.

Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

None of the bundt pans came close to the definition of the Nordic Ware, which was the only one to alternate angular ridges with rounded ones, and to leave sharp, clean lines between each ridge, rather than shallow, curved divots.
A large pan – can hold almost 15 cups of batter. Bakes evenly. Very thick, durable construction that will hold up through many years of use. Non-stick coating. The cake comes out of the pan smoothly. Handles make it easier to take out of the oven. 3 metal choices.
I loved how easy the generous handles made maneuvering the pan into and out of the oven, and was glad to have something to grip when it came time to turn the cake out onto a cooling rack.
The heat reflective interior is designed to help cakes and other dishes cook quickly and evenly.
Not only does it feel like it’s made with the best materials, but it also usually sustains an easy to clean quality and isn’t supposed to lose that non-stick feel aspect either.
Well-defined shapes, sturdy, easy to grip handles, browns evenly, holds up to 15 cups of batter
The size of this Nordic Ware bundt pan is just right, as the mold holds 10 to 15 cups of batter (just like the vast majority of recipes).
The aluminum, which is finished with a nonstick coating to allow for easy removal, is both rust- and warp-resistant so it will retain its shape even after long-term regular use.
Also the walls are really thick and a bit heavier than other models to bake a thick cake evenly inside out and create uniform browning.

What reviewers didn't like

Though the coating is strong, like any nonstick finish it’s not impenetrable, and it can be scratched, shortening the lifespan of the pan.
Cakes can overcook if not taken out on time, because the walls on this pan are thick and hold the heat after you remove it from the oven. Check at the minimum cook time.
And though, at $30, it is considerably pricier than the other models.
Not dishwasher safe.
On the more expensive side
The quality of the pan’s construction is inconsistent
Gets scratched over time
