This blender has a couple of minor flaws. Here they are; Not always smooth enough – some users said it did not blend smooth enough at least for their tastes. Only a few people made this point, but enough for me to feel that you needed to be aware of it. Does not handle greens well – leafy greens seemed to be the main issue because the results were too pulpy, but this happens with other blenders too. Only the highest spec blenders really liquefy green smoothies. The single serve cups do a better job when it comes to green smoothies. Customer service – again there was a mix of feedback re the experience people had with Ninja customer service, some felt it took too long to sort out issues although most people eventually to the help they were expecting.

The quality of blending is not perfect, green smootie and hard vegetables come out in chunky consistency. It has an unusual design and is not sumple to set upm to use or to clean. The sharp blades can cause user injury. Also, poor customer-service and the limited warranty do not help
