What experts liked
It boasts a combination of cotton and polyester material in the ratio of 73% and 27% respectively. It is a solid white bib that entirely covers your baby. The material is an excellent absorbent thereby keeping your kid dry and clean. They are high-quality bibs that are soft to touch and plush without being bulky. It boasts no curling edges and no uneven binding shrinkage.
- HQ Text
These all white terry bibs are easy to clean being fully machine washable. A great opportunity for crafting the blank slate makes it easy to decorate with fabric markers how you see fit. Or, keep it white and be able to add a natural bleach to your washing cycle to keep these looking clean and bright.

This 10-pack of simple, white bibs stands out to us because of how logical it is. Not only is it a cost-effective way to get a lot of bibs, you can also expect to use these until your child grows out of them since they are so durable.

The bibs feature an easy closure that stays tightly shut. They are soft and comfortable to wear because of their cotton/polyester blend.
- Maternity Glow
The bibs come with an easy, yet comfortable closure that will not make your baby cry while she has it on. Furthermore, they are 70% cotton, and 30% polyester, so you can expect them to be durable enough to last through many mealtimes.
- Inner Parents
Many parents find these excellent in that they are white, stand up well to washing and bleaching, and can even be customized with either fabric markers or embroidery. This makes the bib ideal for a personalized gift for those who are artistically inclined. This bib set comes in white although other sets have varying colors. Overall this is a feeding bib that, as the child ages, becomes more suitable as a drool or teething bib. It is also easy to customize and decorate making it fun and affordable for crafts and keepsakes.
- My Tiny Traveller
It has an affordable price and each pack includes 10 of these terry cloth newborn bibs which are quite efficient in keeping your baby neat, dry and mess-free. This actually has the right level of softness that makes it comfortable for your baby to wear. Since this is made of 73% cotton and 27% polyester, it’s the perfect combination of softness and durability.
- Broad Review
Budget Friendly – Because all of these bibs are budget-friendly, you can afford to overlook a lot. Neutral – These plain white bibs will look good with every type of outfit your baby wears. Customizable – Create your own designs if that’s your thing, or use them for baby shower games.

What experts didn't like
One drawback is that the material is a bit rough and thin, so they feel a bit like an inexpensive bib. Still, they’re not so rough that they cause any irritation for your baby.
- Check Pregnancy
May 22, 2018 | Full review
The layers are thin, and they are not so great when it comes to liquids. You can expect some leaks, and the baby's clothes might get wet. They do not dry easily, so you would have to change them often.
- Inner Parents
Plain – It gets zero points for style unless you can come up with something creative on it yourself, if that’s a concern of yours. Lower Quality – The simple construction leads to it wearing down earlier, and not lasting as long as other bibs. Not Absorbent Enough – Thin terry cloth tends to soak through quickly, especially with a heavy drooler.

An Overview On Bibs

  • When buying bibs, be sure to purchase a set that has multiple size settings or a tie closure. Since they all run different in sizing, it’s important to have something that can adjust comfortably to your little one.
  • Choose the right bib for the right age. As your child grows and wants to feed themselves, it will be less aggravating for them to have something that doesn’t hang too close to their arms. This can frustrate them and deter them from wanting to feed themselves.
  • If your baby rejects a bib at first, make it part of your routine by letting them pick out their favorite color or design, or perhaps even letting them put it on their stuffed animal so they feel more comfortable about it.
  • If you like organization, there are bibs on the market with each day of the week on them, so you can keep them all in order.
  • Parents of multiples might want to consider getting personalized bibs to prevent fighting when they reach that age.

DYWM Fun Fact

  • Bibs were not always just for babies. In Europe in the 1600s, the prim and proper used to bring their own bibs to put on for the first course at dinner parties.
  • The expression “making ends meet” comes from the times when a gentleman used to have a tough time tucking his bib into his shirt, and it would fall out. It then became a reference to not having enough money to eat.
  • Now, designers use snaps and ribbons as closures that ‘make the ends meet’.
  • Some other words for a bib over the years: tucker, chin-wiper, apron and dickey.

The Bib Buying Guide

Everything is new for your little one. From food to coloring and painting, you will need a little help with damage control after they learn all about these new things. When introducing your baby to all these awesome things, you’ll really want a good bib to preserve their clothing from stains and unavoidable messes. With so many options on the market, how do you choose? You can always find help from reviews from other parents who have been through this and have rated the best bibs for the job. Be sure to check out all your options and choose the one that best fits your budget and baby.

You wouldn’t think that there are more than just a couple types of bibs, but there are about six different kinds you can use. The market has a myriad of options, each for a specific activity and age range so you can really prevent those stains from hitting their cute outfits.

For the newest little bundles, the traditional bib is suggested. It is made with cotton or terry cloth for the utmost absorption. You usually use these in the early stages for drooling, teething babies or bottle-fed babies during their feeding times. Neat Solutions 2-Ply Knit Terry Bibs offers a prime product for this stage of life. They come in a convenient ten pack and are absorbent with double-sided terry cloth. A neutral white makes these suitable for either gender and can also be washed easily with a whitening agent.

The Bandana bib is the latest trend for babies that are starting to eat real food. They can be used for teething babies as well, so that pesky drool doesn’t destroy their outfits. These are a triangle design, created so it doesn’t get caught on the baby’s arms as they flail around or try to feed themselves later on. Baby Bandana Drool Bibs, Organic Cotton and Hypoallergenic offer parents the cutest designs and the softest cotton. These are packaged in an eight-count, and they offer quite a few design combinations for your style preferences.

There are bibs designed specifically for eating. These bibs have some sort of liquid-proofing on them to keep the mess off their clothes. The most popular in this category is the Waterproof Soft Silicone Baby Bibs. These bibs are entirely silicone with a pocket along the bottom to catch any spills from baby’s mouth. They come in several color combinations and are easy to spray out in the sink or wipe clean for smaller messes. A lifetime warranty makes these bibs even more pleasing to the parent.

Custom bibs are an additional option. These usually consist of a special material and offer personalization for baby. Sometimes, they have a creative design feature, such as that of the Bibbie Cute Stylish Reversible Baby Bib. This bib offers the utmost absorbance with quilted fabric, and the extended length — both in the front and the back — make this bib an asset for every parent. A simple ribbon tie in the back of the neck and coordinating fabric on either side make this bib reversible and easy to use. In addition, these bibs are machine washable, so cleanup can’t get much easier.

In addition to the mentioned types of bibs, you can also explore poncho bibs and sleeved bibs. These bibs are best used for kids’ craft times, such as painting, playing with clay and egg dying. It isn’t a bad idea to have full coverage when letting your kids explore that kind of fun.
