Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

Latte and cappuccino are this machine's best products.
First of all, it is very light and compact, which is, for an espresso maker, rather out of the ordinary with the more expensive espresso machines – they’re usually big, hulking beasts that weigh 50 lbs.
Nice-looking, this model is easy to put to work, thanks to a straightforward owner's manual.

What reviewers didn't like

Sporadic complaints of faulty machinery.
This machine simply doesn’t have the power needed to make authentic espresso the way the coffee shops do.
Unfortunately, the coffee didn't wow our tasters and wasn't hot enough if you brew less than a full 8-ounce carafe.
