The set comes with a steamer insert for steaming vegetables and can be used on all stove tops including induction. This is the best copper cookware for the money. These are non-toxic and are PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid)-, PTFE (perfluorooctanoic acid)-, and lead-free.
The pans have a fantastic non-stick ceramic and titanium interior that makes the set even more durable and makes cleaning so much easier as food easily slides off of the surface. The cookware promotes healthy eating with its non-stick properties you can enjoy meals with little to no oil as the base evenly distributes heat.
Michelangelo’s cookware also has a titanium core and copper ceramic non-stick layer, which makes them very strong and durable, scratch-proof and ultra non-stick when it comes to cooking.
Another great thing about this set is that it can safely go in the dishwasher. You can also use it in the oven up to 400 degrees F. This set is compatible with all cooktops, including induction. One of the things that we love about this set is that it won't break the bank. It also gets excellent consumer and professional ratings.
