What experts didn't like

Balance control forces ratio between vocals and accompaniment to move in tandem.
It doesn’t have a built-in monitor.
Sing Stand does not take CD+G discs. This can be bad for people who have a bunch of CD+Gs that they really love.
Some reviewers think this karaoke player isn't ideal for adults because the built-in speakers and microphone produce such poor sound -- inaudible at low volumes and distorted at high ones.
Unfortunately, this machine is not compatible with Windows machines or with standard CDs CD-Gs.
However, don’t expect it to fit into your pockets, this beast is heavy on features so it tends to take some space even when folded down.
No recording function: There is not a way for the singer to record his or her own voice. Some people like to be able to sing something, record it, and immediately play it back to hear what it sounds like. This machine will not do that, however one wouldn’t really expect it to have this feature considering the very affordable cost.
Another potential flaw is that the sound loses quality when turned up to the maximum level, as we’ve previously mentioned.
Apart from the base speakers only being 5 watts and somewhat short on being louder
Memorex MKS-SS2 another version of MKS-SS2 which comes with singles microphone and no Bluetooth option.
