Solid steel construction is made to last.
Carbon steel line is also impressive.

It distributes heat evenly and it’s amazingly strong – like every carbon steel pan, this one too is made to last.
This fry pan is made from black steel which is said to be more durable than other types of steel. The pan weight less than 5 pounds and measures 11.78 x 12 x 2.18 inches and can be used on all cooking surfaces.
What reviewers didn't like
It's heavy and pricey.
It can get wrapped if exposed to extremely high heat (it should be heated gradually).
The pan can be seasoned fur durability but does not come having already been seasoned.
