Please allow the clock to reach room temperature before you begin the set-up process, then remove the plastic film on the clock before inserting the included batteries to avoid any blemishes on the LCD panel. As other reviewers stated, this clock functioned properly for approximately 5 months. Then it just went nuts. Since it's automatic there is no way to properly set it. I have tried the reset button several times, no luck. I am so disappointed as my husband LOVED this clock.........I took the batteries out and put them back in. The clock reset within 15 minutes, so for now I reset my review to 5 stars as my husband really LOVES this clock.

What reviewers didn't like
It's main purpose is to show the correct time and it kept failing at it. I had to dig online to find the secret sequence to set the right time zone and that only works temporarily, then the time changes again on its own. I have a different model clock from Marathon and it has had no issues with changing the time for daylight savings. Apparently no one bothered to test this product.
Does not show humidity under 20-percent.
