Enjoy a cleaned-up breathing space all around it. And sit back knowing there’s a 2-year warranty that comes with lifetime support from Levoit customer service. What’s in the Box: 1 x True HEPA Air Purifier 1 x Fine Preliminary Filter 1 x True HEPA/Activated Carbon filter 1 x User Manual Note: 1.Power Supply (only): AC 120V / 60 Hz. (A voltage converter is needed to transfer the power supply to US use first if you want to use this air purifier beyond the US.) 2.Please check the filter’s color to relieve your concern on whether the device is purifying the air. 3. To be Ozone-free, this Levoit Air Purifier is NOT AN IONIZER and does NOT USE UV-C LIGHT. Ionic air purifier emits negatively charged ions into the atmosphere of a room. As a result, a small amount of ozone is produced. UV-C light systems will produce “photolytic” ozone when UV-C hits oxygen (O2) molecules. Ozone is an important part of the atmosphere, but ozone is harmful for the lungs at ground level. 4. Always allow 15 in. (38 cm) of clearance on all sides of the purifier.

What experts liked

There are no day-to-day performance issues for this air purifier. Levoit LV-H132 is one of the best air purifiers with a certified True HEPA filter. To be graded as a True HEPA, this air purifier need to pass the test of U.S Department of Energy, and can clean at least 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns in size.
The design of the Levoit LV-H132 is simple, intuitive, and compact.
This is the LV-H132's strong suit. We found the noise it produced to be nearly imperceptible when on its lowest setting. In medium and high it can produce a noticeable hum, but it has a white noise kind of frequency that is somewhat similar to the sound of a normal fan.
The best part of the Levoit’s design is perhaps what’s inside, though: a high-efficiency particulate air filter—AKA a HEPA filter. Acting as the second filtration stage—after the pre-filter which screens large particles and before the activated carbon filter which eliminates odors—the HEPA filter traps microscopic particles that non-HEPA filters are unable to efficiently catch.
No ionizer to be seen here, which is good news. Ionizers have been proven to produce ozone in your environment…which totally negates the point of an air purifier. The goal is clean, pollutant-free air, which is the job of filters. This air purifier uses 3 filtration stages to clear the air.
The compact design of the LV-H132 with a soft blue light on top is appealing, especially to those looking for something to suit a contemporary décor. The air purifier is equipped with a 3-stage filtration system and comes with a few smart sensors.
The LV-H132 also comes with a night light on the top of the unit. One touch turns it on, another dims the light and another will turn it off. While the night light is a clever touch, and can be quite useful, it is also a bit too bright, even on the dimmest setting. The light is a cold, bright blue; a softer, warmer light would be more appropriate for a darkened room. Still, for folks who don’t mind the brightness, it’s a nice feature.
The machine has 3 fan speeds and their operation is very silent. Even at the highest speed setting, it just makes a white noise similar to my Dyson fan.
It’s very lightweight – just over six pounds – so you can move it anywhere without worrying about hurting your back or breaking your side table. The cylinder shape is highly attractive and fits in well with just about any decor without drawing attention to itself. It’s relatively inexpensive and is mostly as noisy as a basic room fan.
Thanks to its 3-stage filtration system, the purifier will exceed your expectations. The preliminary filter is able to catch not only pet dander but also air-borne bacteria and mold with it neutralizing it in the process.
The best thing about it is that you can find it for the affordable price tag.According to most retail websites, you can purchase it for less than $100 which is a cheap price when compared with other air purifiers on the market.
Thanks to its 3-stage filtration system, the purifier will exceed your expectations. The preliminary filter is able to catch not only pet dander but also air-borne bacteria and mould, neutralizing it in the process.
It has sleek design.
The device Quietly operates throughout the night and has a night light with two brightness settings. This purifier is pretty small, only 14,5 inches, compared to other devices and it is also visibly pleasing thanks to its design and touch controls.
The Levoit LV-H132 Air Purifier is 100% ozone-free.
It has three filtration modes being a normal one, a HEPA level, and an activated carbon filtration level. These three levels make it a very efficient air purifier.
This small filtration system produces about 43 decibels of sound, meaning it does not make very much noise. Generally, customers like the quiet operation of the compact HEPA air purifier.
It has 3-stage filtration that works without being compromised by the size.
The tool conducts the action with 3 stages of filtration. LEVOIT LV- H132 traps 99 percent of allergens to bless our breathing. It has been instructed to keep the unit away from small children to enhance the protection level.
Levoit was smart to include a prefilter on the LV-H132. Not many manufactures do on their more affordable purifiers.
Certified by CARB, one of the strictest environmental justice program.
It has 3 stage filtration system: pre-filter, true hepa filter, & activated carbon filter. It removes 99.97Percent of dust, pollen, smoke, odor, mold spores, and pet dander; filters particles as small as 0.3 microns and larger and filters air pollution of pm 2.5.
This fantastic air purifier creates zero ozone. To claim that statement an air purifier should not use negative ions nor use UV-C light to kill bacteria, viruses and trap other unwanted airborne particles. Levoit uses only True HEPA filter together with carbon and preliminary filter to remove pollution from the air. Because of that, it is impossible to produce ozone and customers that want to buy ozone free device can be sure that this device is not emitting any ozone.
The primary filter is a pre-filter and the second is a real HEPA (yes, it captures particles of only 0.3 microns). The next one is the activated carbon filter for the pickaxe to reduce odours. In theory, this should include the most “small pieces” of air, from the smallest to the largest to the most fragrant.
The LV-H132 is compact, and has simple, easy to use controls.
The Levoit LV-H132 will not disrupt your beauty sleep. The small filtration system produces only 43 decibels of sounds, thus very quiet. The quiet operation makes it suitable for rooms with small babies and light sleepers.
We don’t need to worry that it might be loud when we sleep because it proved to be quite as it operates.
It produces no traces of ozone.
Its filters remove the tiniest of pollutant particles, to three-tenths of a micron, making it a great purifier for anyone that has nasal issues or suffers from a variety of allergies.
Majority of allergic reactions are airborne. Allergic symptoms like redness in the eyes, sore throat, skin or eye itching, frequent sneezing, etc. can be addressed by the product easily. This is again due to its certified filtration system. Ward off most of the allergies with the air purifier containing a triple filtration protection system.

What experts didn't like

Do not have light notification for filter replacement.
Lacks notifications like a filter replacement indicator or air quality indicator
Somewhat weak.
Defective or sensitive buttons: some negative reviews share a common theme related to unresponsive buttons. There’s not much more to it, the buttons just don’t respond easily to touch and annoy the heck out of their users.
The coverage area of this air purifier is rather small. This is the price we pay for it being so lightweight and compact.
It filters air good enough, but it’s such a simple system that it may leave you wishing it had more functionality. It’s best for areas such as a children’s room where you aren’t going to be fiddling with the settings all the time, but outside of that situation, it doesn’t shine.
You have to change the filter every 6 months.
Cleaning filters are not possible, so the only thing that you can do is to rid of the dust or replace them.
No indicator for filter replacement.
The filter should be replaced every 6 months but may need to be replaced sooner or later depending on the air quality in your area. The air filter absorbs a lot of the moisture too. This unit could give off some heavy chemical smell when you first start using it.
The Levoit LV-H132 performed poorly in our tests, reducing particulates in our 200-square-foot test room by just 60 percent on high, in contrast to the almost 92 percent reduction that our small-space pick, the Blueair Blue Pure 411, achieved.
Designed for small to purify small rooms only.
Night light can’t be dimmed or turned off.
Thin Activated Carbon filter that is far from great against odor.
Night Light is irritating at night.
The only criticism we have is that the prefilter isn’t washable (like higher-end counter parts).
Its coverage space is not improved by the two pack feature. Even when both are turned on, they can’t cover up to 1000 square feet.
Coverage is a little small (86 square feet / 8 square meters).
Air purifier does not have pre washable filters that may improve the life of True HEPA Filter and that is probably the reason why it is recommended to replace the filter every 6 months.
Has a weak fan.
No UV or Ions
Frequent replacements hence expensive.
It does not have UV protection.
