What experts liked

Very quiet operation. This air purifier comes with the cylindrical design concept, together with the same smooth flowing curves, and same 360° air intake grill like the Core 300 model. It’s Levoit’s marginally better answer to any other low-end air purifiers, and they’re proud to keep that on Levoit Core P350.
This mid-size Levoit hits that sweet spot between a small tabletop, personal purifier, and a larger floor-based purifier. You can use the P350 in either application due to its versatile size. The overall performance of the Levoit Core P350 was pretty impressive. This purifier is compact, efficient, and did great job of purifying the air.
If you’re looking for an affordable air purifier to remove pet dander, hair, and odor particles in a small room, this is a good model to consider. With a 360-degree air filtration design and filter, the Levoit P350 has 40% more efficiency than air purifiers that use a standard flat filter.
The motor itself is fairly powerful for the size. It utilizes an AC capacitor and a high-precision bearing. This ensures a long life, with minimal wear and tear even with intense, constant use. The 360-degree air intake is very effective at drawing in air from throughout the room. Even at the highest speed, the Core P350 produces only 50dB of sound. This is quieter than a normal, indoor conversation. In addition, you also get a pet/child lock button.
One of the most outstanding products with the capability of capturing pet dander in the air. Don’t let the size of this air purifier fool you. It’s so efficient and can remove 99% of air pollutants at home or the office. The cylindrical-shaped air purifier is perfect for your office or home, thanks to its design. You can place the air purifier by your bedside and sleep all night, confident that you are breathing in clean air. Advanced pre-filter and carbon filter.
At the lowest setting, the device will produce noise levels of 24 dB, which is well below average and will allow you to sleep comfortably. Another contributing factor to your good night’s sleep is the possibility to turn the lights of the unit completely off. No second-hand pollution – all the dander and dust is chemically decomposed inside the unit.
Low-cost option tailored to pets. Contains a HEPA filter for pet dander and a carbon filter for pet odors. Runs quietly.
Has a Pet Lock that prevents the change of settings by pets or children. It can cover up to 219 square feet and has a 3-stage filtration system (fine preliminary filter, true HEPA filter and activated carbon filter) that captures up to 99.97% of particles (0.3 microns) in the air. It’s effective in absorbing pet odors and decomposes them to avoid second-hand pollution. You can set a timer for 2, 4, 8 or 12 hours.
No doubt, LEVOIT Air Purifier Core P350 is an excellent air purifier and one of the best least expensive air purifier. Basically, it is a pet allergic model. You can use it if you have pets or you have pet allergies. Filtration System: It has a 3 stage filtration system like other classic air purifiers, but with small changes. It has a 360-degree airflow to give you purified air in every corner of the room.
The most advanced as well as a stylish option in the market it’s compact but capable to clean all large and small pollutants from the air. Its enhanced filtration will keep your home free from odors, hairs and dander of pets, as well as pollen dut and small organisms, cannot survive in the air while it’s running. It’s equipped with the carbon filter ARC formula that absorbs the odors and chemically decomposes them so they cannot air-born again and again. Its also the most recommend solution again second-hand pollution.

What experts didn't like

No Smart Sensor. Is slightly more expensive than older model.
Feels similar to the Core 300, but with a higher price tag. No real-time air quality detection or readouts. No “Auto Mode”.
The Levoit P350 air purifier doesn’t come with a ton of advanced features.
You might prefer a more powerful filter. 219 square feet is sufficient for one or two rooms. But to treat an entire floor, you’re going to need more power.
Sadly, the air purifier does not have a small footprint. According to the manufacturer, the dimensions of the air purifier are as follows – 8.7 by 8.7 by 14.2 inches. It weighs 7.5 pounds or 3.4 kilograms. Due to its size, the air purifier is not perfect for travel. The air purifier does not have remote or app connectivity.
A little downer is a fact that the purifier supports the only 120V/60HZ. This means that if you want to use it outside of the USA – in Australia, for example, you will need to get a transformer. Since the unit is still new, an Energy Star test has not been done, so this is not an Energy Star appliance.
Not Energy Star certified.

Despite the best efforts of the filters in our air conditioners and furnaces, pollen and dust particles can settle into carpets and upholstery. Mold spores can grow in moist areas. And if there are pets or smoke involved, there can be even more particulates in the air.

Whether you suffer from allergies or just want to eliminate the smell associated with all this particulate matter, a good air purifier can be an essential accessory in any room. But how are they different from the filters we already have in our regular AC?

All that depends on the purifier. Most models circulate air through a HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filter, and often more than one. HEPA filters are certified to trap particulate matter as small as 0.3 microns, which covers dust, pollen and most bacteria. Some purifiers boast a medical-grade Hyper-HEPA filter that will go down to 0.003 microns — enough to pick smoke out of the air.

In conjunction with this, the more high-tech air purifiers can employ an extra line of defense. Some models use an optional UV light that renders many micro-organisms sterile, and an activated charcoal filter that can actually pull in and neutralize toxins through electrostatic attraction. There are also models that can ionize incoming particles, which are then sucked in by metal plates or other treated substances.

For a measure of general effectiveness, you can look for a rating on most air purifiers called the CADR — Clean Air Delivery Rate. It’s a number that represents the cubic feet per minute (CFM) of air that has been cleared of all the particles of a given size. These ratings are recognized by the federal government and can be found on most devices. If you can’t find them, the number is fairly easy to calculate: Just take the CFM on the air purifier and multiply it by the percentage of a certain particle (smoke, pollen, etc.) that the machine can remove.
