The only additive is 1% of non-GMO sunflower lecithin which increases nutrition and also makes it mix more thoroughly to your chosen beverage or food. This helps prevent it forming clumps so it looks better and more appetizing whether in smoothies, cookies, bars or oatmeal.
Whey is manufactured via cold process (micro-filtration), without the use of acids or bleach.
There are no added sugars, sweeteners, or preservatives. Notably, the lack of soy lecithin is good news for people who can’t eat soy-containing foods—almost every other protein supplement includes soy lecithin.
