Just one press of the handles and out comes the well-minced garlic cloves in a snap. You do not even have to peel the garlic. Just put the whole unpeeled cloves inside and press the tool. The result is always as how you expect it to be, plus with minimal effort required on your part. As for the cleaning process, just flush the tool under water to remove the debris right away. This tool works as claimed.
