This fish oil is sourced from wild-caught fish and contains 300 mg of omega-3 fatty acids per softgel, with 250 mg of that from DHA and EPA. The most common dosage is 2 softgels per day, so you're getting 600 mg of omega-3's for a great price.
These capsules are great for anyone who is unable to include seafood in their regular diet. They will help you complete your nutritional value and therefore look after your heart health.
They’re very easy to swallow, as well as easy on the tummy.
In summary, Kirkland Signature Fish Oil is a good choice if you’re on a budget, or simply looking to top-up diet that’s already rich in omega-3 from natural foods.
The molecular distillation process used to purify its oil removes dioxins and PCBs. It also improves the purity and potency of its fish oil, which is beneficial to humans.
It has no artificial flavors or artificial colors so you do not have to worry about getting or using the product.

What reviewers didn't like

Many reported some fishy aftertaste with these supplements, so keep that in mind if you've been sensitive to that with other brands.
Product doesn’t distinguish between DHA or EPA amounts on its nutrition label
However, if your diet doesn’t contain much flaxseed oil, fatty fish, walnuts, or chia seeds, you might need more fatty acids from your supplement.
