The fact that you can see the “real” food in them—a mix of nuts and seeds—is reassuring. They have enough carbs (15 grams) to fuel your activities but not too many if you’re trying to limit them, and they provide a healthy dose of calcium, iron and other important nutrients as well.

Each bar has 13 grams of fat, which are mostly monounsaturated (this can be thought of as the "good" kind of fat), and the carbohydrate-to-protein ratio (20 grams and 4 grams) replenishes exhausted glycogen reserves giving your muscles a boost or a quicker path to recovery. Highly rcommended.
