What reviewers didn't like

Hose is a bit stiff. Limited feature set.
Hefty price tag
More expensive than other premium brands
In using the Jiffy steamer, it is most preferred that you use distilled water over tap water. That's because sink water has minerals in it and steaming will separate those minerals off the water and that mineral will deposit on the steamer holes. It clogs up the holes and may end up squirting water instead of steaming it.
The Jiffy Steamer J-2000 is a bit heavier than some other models at 17 pounds
Some find that it doesn t help much at removing wrinkles.
If I have one complaint about the J-2000, it’s that the water doesn’t heat up as quickly as other models.
Quite a big and bulky product
Do not use extension cord. This steamer's instructions state that you should not use an extension cord with it.
Few criticisms of top-heaviness with clothing on the hook.
And though the pole might cause a hindrance during storage
Hose heats up quickly
The handle is bulky
