What experts didn't like

Battery operated design makes it much costly on buying and changing the battery from time to time. And the seat is quite low, barely to the ground.
Doesn’t work on mains power
The only other con with this infant swing was that there is no adjustable recline, so the baby is positioned pretty far back, which is ideal for comfort (napping shouldn't really happen in an inclined sleeper like this) but not great for a sit-up position where baby can watch what you're up to, or do some playing or feeding.
Only one swing mode. Because of its compact nature, the Comfort & Harmony Cozy Kingdom baby swing only features a back and forth swing mode.
The one thing I can say that I didn’t really love about the best cheap baby swing is the music that it plays. It only has 6 melodies which isn’t a whole lot compared to the other baby swings. The worst part, though, is that they are all relatively short and pretty similar to each other. In other words, while my son never seemed to have a problem with it, the sounds definitely got on my nerves sometimes.
The knob that changes the swing speed is loud.
Does not come with an AC adapter
Low Height. While the low level makes it safer for baby, it can be difficult to transfer baby in and out of the swing.
Minimal features
Too low to the ground. Some parents feel that it is too low to the ground. They felt the whole point of using a swing was to keep their baby off the floor, but they tend to elevate it on solid, sturdy surfaces instead (supervised of course).
Its gentle motor is quiet, and the music and swing ability have an automatic shut off timer, for parents who want to limit the amount of time their child is in.
Doesn’t have an AC adapter
The assembling process might require a handier person.
It's relatively close to the ground
