There is one unique feature that you will not see in other electric roasters; cold handles on the sides. Electric roasters tend get really hot while they are in use. My other roasters also have cold handles, but they are set on top of the lid. Hamilton Beach placed the stay cool handles on the sides, which is marvelous when you want to move tor roaster oven while it is still hot. So, it is more portable than other brands.
People were ecstatic with how this unit cooked their turkey. Remarks of moist, brown, delicious birds coming out of something other than an oven is pretty spectacular.
Comes with a removable pan for easy transport as well as a lift-out rack for an even easier transfer to cutting board or platter. It’s easy to use and the stainless steel finish is easy to clean.

Avoid using a turkey bag when roasting a large turkey in the Hamilton Beach Roaster because it tends to touch the sides, resulting in melted plastic and a ruined dinner.
Takes up a considerable amount of counter space. Pan be pretty unplesant to clean.
