Being considered Vegetarian the supplement does not offer any amounts of preformed vitamin A, it only offers Beta-Carotene. Furthermore, the rates at which Beta-Carotene is converted to vitamin A are pretty miserable. Therefore, at the end of the day, with this supplement, you might be missing out on a very crucial ingredient for your health.
