Exceptionally large, expensive.
It is a bit large and heavy. This can be blamed to the fact that it is built to be solid and durable for heavy duty and large-scale tasks. Using the vacuum bar may take time getting used to.
Takes up a lot of space.
The controls are difficult to master. Built-in bag compartment is somewhat cramped.
It can be somewhat difficult to hold the bags in place while attempting to seal food. Pushing the seal bar down to activate the vacuum sealing process is a bit finicky—with this issue and the difficulty of holding the bags in place, it best to operate with two people.
