Overall Take

For its low price, this robot vacuum does a great job at basic floor cleaning. Although it doesn't connect to Wi-Fi, it does come with a magnetic boundary strip to prevent it from crossing into certain areas.

In our analysis of 57 expert reviews, the Anker Eufy BoostIQ RoboVac 30 Remote Control Robotic Vacuum placed 4th when we looked at the top 16 products in the category. For the full ranking, see below.

From The Manufacturer

RoboVac 11S sucks up dirt and dust with 1500Pa of suction for a spotless clean you can see and feel. Large wheels roll over carpets and climb over door ledges to get to the mess. RoboVac uses drop-sensing technology to avoid falling down stairs and off of ledges. Specialized dual-Hall Sensors detect Boundary Strips to ensure RoboVac only cleans the areas you want. RoboVac combines a dual-layer filter and one high-performance filter to acheive a clean home. Multiple cleaning modes and a pre-set vacuuming time ensure an effortless, through clean while you do other things or nothing at all. RoboVac cleans up to 100 mins* per charge, so you get to enjoy a completely clean home from a single charge. A large 0.6L dustbox holds more dirt per clean to reduce the frequency of emptying.

Expert Reviews

What experts liked

It has strong performance, compact form factor, good battery life, quiet motor, and affordable price.
It comes with a 13-foot magnetic boundary strip you can use to demarcate no-go zones, which the RoboVac 30’s sensors will detect and avoid crossing. It also amps up the suction to 1500Pa over the 11s’s 1300Pa.
It has a different paint job and a little extra suction, but more important, it comes with 20 feet of magnetic strips that let you create “do not cross” lines to, for example, block off a particular room with a carpet that will choke the bot.
The amazing suction power allows it to inhale debris, pet hairs, USB memory stick, even a computer case screw without getting tripped. The Eufy Robovac 30 is an excellent vacuum with a quiet motor, impressive battery life, strong performance, compact form factor and an affordable price.
Eufy RoboVac 30 has stronger suction compared and comes with boundary strips.

What experts didn't like

The RoboVac 30 is fairly limited when it comes to scheduling. Unlike some other bots, it can only be programmed for once-daily cleans via the remote control. And as mentioned, it doesn't work with an app on your phone or support any voice control, which are features you get with the less expensive Deebot N79s.
Doesn't deliver enough extras to earn a higher recommendation than the cheaper RoboVac 11s. The RoboVac 30 is quiet enough to use when you’re home, it’s nice to be able to schedule it to take care of business when you’re at work or otherwise away. But as you’d expect on a budget-priced model, options are limited to once-daily cleanings at the same time each day. Customized scheduling is more in the realm of smartphone-enabled robot vacuums.
They also don’t have Wi-Fi, so unlike most of today’s robot vacuums, you can’t control them through an app or with a voice assistant. (You could upgrade to the RoboVac 30C if you want those features, but it’s usually pretty expensive.) The RoboVac models don’t seem to be as sturdy as other bots, particularly iRobot Roomba models, and currently Eufy doesn’t make it easy to find replacements for wheels or other major moving parts.
Wi-Fi connectivity and voice assistant support Eufy Robovac 30 lacks on this vacuum.
