I get it--this is an expensive piece of kitchen equipment. That said, it is pure joy to use and look at. For something this high quality and handmade, shipped over from France, etc., you get what you pay for. This photo shows you my first attempt at using this cloche. If this is my first attempt, then my future bodes well with it. Highly recommended, and it would make a beautiful gift.
