Some of things that are notable about this whey protein powder is that it offers zero carbohydrates with each scoop. This is ideal for those who need to — or want to — watch their carbohydrate intake. You also get 25 grams of high-quality, assimilable protein. ISO 100 contains 25g of whey protein isolate per 30g scoop. This gives it a very solid percentage of 83.3%. Whey protein isolate goes through more processing steps than whey protein concentrate to produce a higher percentage of protein content by weight, at 90% or more. It sacrifices more fat and carbohydrates than whey concentrate to reach 90%. Isolate is considered more suitable for those of you aiming to build lean muscle without adding body fat for this reason.
