What reviewers liked

Give budding engineers free rein to create with the Discovery Kids Mindblown Set and let their imaginations run wild applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to the task of assembling and customizing miniature, solar-powered automatons.
This is our favorite pick because of the versatility and suitability for a wide range of older children. The variety of models allows kids to build a robot that walks, crawls, or rolls. Plus, at least 2 of the robots you can make can even tackle a watery ride, thanks to the two floats provided in the kit.
This package gives all of the items to construct not 1 however 12 actual, functioning, photo voltaic powered robots. With 190 items it is a severely massive package. The package comes with directions to make 12 robots.

What reviewers didn't like

Solar panel components can jostle in transport and may require re-assembly. The plastic parts are a bit flimsy.
