What reviewers didn't like

Heavy: Could lead to user fatigue over time.
The body is all hard plastic housing, nothing fancy, but nothing rattles or feels cheap. It’s just not as comfortable in your hand as it could be with more rubberized overmolding (see below where this isn’t necessarily a disadvantage)
The hedge trimmer weighs 11.9 lbs with the battery on and may begin to feel heavy as you use it longer.
The disadvantage of DEWALT DCHT860M1 as recorded by the customers is that it can be a little more expensive as compared to the other products but if looked after the easy features with lot of profitable aspects. A lot of customers also feel that they are facing the great advantage.

Heavier than the others at 12lbs and slightly more expensive.
Many reviewers complained of its weight, noting how difficult it was to lift it up for long periods of time. If you’re going to buy this trimmer, you might want to make sure that you’re capable of holding it up without becoming fatigued
