Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

Though small in size, the Mini-Prep Plus has powerful motor and sharp blades.
It has 2 modes: chop and grind modes, which are operated by easy to use touchpad controls.
The touchpad Control system makes it easy to use & easy to clean.
It will take very little space on the kitchen counter and perform a variety of different food processing tasks for you.

What reviewers didn't like

The Cuisinart Mini-Prep Plus was our former mini chopper pick. It wasn’t able to chop as evenly as the KitchenAid 3.5 Cup Food Chopper, and it moved across the counter as it struggled to chop a tough jumbo carrot. It also tore parsley, whereas the KitchenAid produced a clean, even cut.
This min-prep food processor isn’t the quietest in the market.
Motor may burn out if overused. Blade is locked to the bowl and cannot be taken apart during washing.
On the Downside, few customers saying it’s too noisy
