What reviewers didn't like

The design feels cheap, and rolling it behind you forces you to tilt the cooler at a sharp angle. Performance was also just so-so.
-
Wheels are not large enough to perform well in sand or gravel. The best option is to use the side handles in more challenging terrain.
The interior of the cooler is less spacious than expected due to indentations.
Telescoping handles might have a faulty mechanism.
Smaller Than Many of the Options On This List.
Handle Could Be Better – The handle tends to collapse when the cooler is full. The handle’s locking mechanism could be improved.
The main drawback is the plastic hinges which are a bit weak.
-
Handle needs a stronger locking mechanism. When loaded, the cooler doesn’t want to roll. Some reviewers have reported that the cooler “feels cheap”
The only problem here is that when it is fully loaded it’s quite heavy with it being so large, the wheels and handle make it easy to pull around but the side molded handles aren’t really up to the job.
If you open the lid frequently it might cut the 5-day retention period.
