Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

The pan has been constructed from very high-grade carbon steel which allows proper heat distribution throughout the pan while cooking. The pan is coated with a non-stick layer to prevent the food from clinging on and also eases up the cleaning process for you.
It seared pork with the best of 'em, cooked up a beautiful-looking chicken, and was a breeze to clean. It also had our favorite rack of the group, a wide-grid, stainless steel rack that clips onto the sides, making it nearly impossible for that 20-pound turkey to slide around.

What reviewers didn't like

The nonstick surface on this pan definitely won't last a lifetime, so you may want to make another choice if longevity is important to you.
