I used this roaster and rack to roast two chickens (cross ways side by side). I like several things about the design. It cleans up with minimal effort. The design of the handles offers minimal protrusion beyond the pan itself. Handles are broad and comfortable. The rack is made from smaller wire than my other Calphalon rack making it lighter. The rack spacing is appropriate for a chicken or even a smaller bird. I did not use the baster or the forks. It's expensive but a good value.

Pan is great, as are accessories, but rack is PAINTED. I used this once, and the paint on the rack stuck to my turkey, and ended up in the drippings that I made gravy from.
Handles are a bit small for oven mitts.

Few complaints regarding reliability. Make sure that you maintain it, according to the instructions in the manual.
They are difficult to clean as they are riveted.
