Doesn’t stick – Food does not stick to the surface which means easy clean-up afterwards. So, the nonstick coating is there and functions well out of the box. The test is in its durability and this is where differing opinions can be found.

What experts didn't like

Lid handles are very thin.
Dishwasher safe cooking products, but regular use of dishwasher may cause discoloration or flakiness of exterior.
Still ends up chipping and scratching.
This may be more pots and pans than a single-person cook may need.
The handles are not heated resistant.
Sticking food is hard to clean.
Not suitable for use on an induction cooktop.
The non-stick feature needs improvement.
If you use steel or metal utensils on it can scratch.
So while the construction seems nice, the non-stick finish really isn’t. It peels off after some time, and does not work with metal cookware; it will scratch right off.
Handles are not good.
Stainless steel handles – The handles get hot with the stainless steel material. The handles for the lid and big pot are the worst as they are much closer to the heat source compared to the longer pan handles.
When used with a lot of heat, the metal handles may get hot and using the pan will be a little difficult.
The pots and pans are all oven safe up to 500 F which is awesome. However, the lids aren’t oven safe. So, the handle will get hot and if not cautious that can cause some real damage.
