Expert Reviews

What experts liked

Twenty grams of protein per serving. Helps build muscle mass, meet daily protein requirements, and fill nutrition gaps.
It is crispy instead of chewy.
-
We love that there are 12 different flavour options to pick and choose from with these protein bars.
Texture was the biggest thing I was interested in finding out and it was actually really good. The BSN Protein Crisp Bar had some crunch to it but it was more of a Rice Crispy type of crunch versus a hard texture crunch. For a “crispy” type of protein bar, they were very soft and at no point did I feel like I was chewing rocks or cardboard.
They taste absolutely amazing.

What experts didn't like

High saturated fat content. Twenty-five percent of the daily value.
It has low fiber content.
-
The only things we didn’t like about these protein bars is that they contain a small amount of soy protein, making them unsuitable for those with soy allergies, and they have very few nutrients.
