Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

The footprint on this machine is super slim, so those of you who are tight on space, but can’t bear to settle for a tiny drip machine are finally in luck.
- Roasty
The Bambino’s most unsurprising feature is its ability to pull a great and consistent shot.
very easy to use, the espresso taste and quality are amazing and all with a very good price.
This potent little machine is fast and easy to use, and it will impress beginners and experienced baristas with its consistent espresso shots and silky frothed milk.
Low Pressure Pre Infusion

What reviewers didn't like

Unfortunately, one of the bigger drawbacks that we encountered with this machine was the lack of a grinding mechanism. For some, this is no problem all. However, as this machine is geared mostly towards beginner and intermediate at-home baristas, it may mean some extra costs if you want to have fresh espresso (which you do–trust us).
- Roasty
As noted above, espresso requires a level of precision that drip coffee does not. A shot pulled with too much, too little or stale coffee will taste off.
I like it but I am surprised that when I run a water cycle with no coffee through the portafilter, the portafilter ( including pressurized cup ) remains filled with water at the end.
