Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

The Bose Home Speaker 300 is slightly larger than the third-generation Echo but sounds significantly better, offering a wider soundstage, more detail, and bass you can feel. It’s a good-sounding small speaker, capable of filling a room quite easily. In addition to working with Alexa, it also allows you to control it by voice with Google Assistant.
Big, weighty sound, Goes loud without hardening, Google Assistant and Alexa.

What reviewers didn't like

The downside is that it’s usually more than twice the price of the Echo, and if you want a compact speaker that sounds really good, we recommend the Sonos One, which costs less and has more features.
Poor detail, Timing is underwhelming, Lack of dynamic range, Cluttered and confused.
