With all that said, there is a bitter pitfall to this model is that it has to be handled very carefully while cleaning. Any hard operation might just hamper the coating off the griddle.
Not suitable for smaller households
The only real downside to the Black and Decker is that the cord for the plug is extremely short, which—unless you get an extension cord—will determine where you can use it in your kitchen.
Call me old-fashioned, but I really do enjoy some heavy, metallic feel on my cooking appliances and devices. This one does not have that satisfying feel
