What experts didn't like

Not as leak-proof as promoted. Some warping in microwave reported. Elastic strap can stretch out over time.
This bento box is on the smaller side.
The only drawback is there is no divider included, so you either throw in your own (use silicone cup) or ok with food touching one another.
The box does not have small compartments for sauces and dips
The BentoHeaven lunch box contains dividers. While these were obviously made with good intentions, the execution of it leaves something to be desired. While it is probably necessary to have exactly one divider for the two food trays, having multiple dividers just crowds the box and does not really add much to the value of the lunch box.
