From The Manufacturer

Expand your table saw’s versatility by adding this industrial grade router table in place of the extension wing. Perfect for shops where space is tight, ProMAX includes a cast-iron top, Bench Dog’s 28″ ProFence, a miter gauge track that adjusts for a no-slop fit. If workspace is an issue, the ProMAX has you covered. Its dual fence slot configuration lets you rotate the fence and work from either side of the table to maximize surface area. Plus, with a third miter slot at its disposal, your table saw becomes perfectly equipped to handle crosscut sleds. Accepts 8-1/4″ x 11-3/4″ router table plates. Note: ProMAX cannot be installed as a left extension replacement on left tilt “cabinet” grade table saws because the table saw’s motor protrudes to the left. Nor can ProMAX be installed as a right extension replacement on right tilt “cabinet” grade table saws for the same reason. ProMAX expands your table saw’s versatility by adding an industrial grade router table in place of the extension wing. ProMAX is perfect for shops where space is tight and when increased table depth is a must. An added benefit is the additional miter slot to the left of your saw blade – perfect for crosscut sled use. It also gives you a 1/4-Inch T-slot for mounting accessories like our Feather-Loc featherboards on the table. If additional workspace is required, we have got you covered. Our dual fence slot configuration allows you to rotate the fence and work from the other side of the table with a larger surface at your disposal -great for large workpieces. The table comes with a 28-Inch ProFence, a heavyduty one-piece aluminum frame that is fully machined on the front and bottom surfaces, ensuring that your ProFence is flat, true and square. As for the design, no other fence packs more features. The MDF sub-fences adjust without tools, perfect for zero clearance setup. ProFence also comes with a heavy-duty bit guard and a 2-1/2-Inch diameter dust collection port.

Features like the dual fence slot configuration on the ProFence allow for more workspace, and the T-slots lets you add useful accessories if you choose. The table is built to last and was intended for use with table saws, so you can work on a variety of projects using this sturdy, portable table.
With this robust and wear-resistance table, you will not be limited in options in terms of what material to route. It is suitable for routing wood, plastic, and metal.
It has a Cast Iron Build which is very good to make the table heavier, preventing unwanted vibrations. It has a dust collector, useful for less messy sessions. The router table uses a cantilevered gripping system which holds the fence in position. The fence is rigid and it perfectly locks down for tight workYou’ll be sure to have satisfying cuts.
The great thing about this table is that it can fit any contractor-grade table saws and right-tilt table saws that have 27 inch deep by 1 1/2 inch thick iron tables. If you opt to use a table saw, you can easily remove the fence so it isn’t in your way.
Coming to the performance, the table is quite sturdy. While using, you won’t feel much of vibration. Its dust collection method is also effective. All these are here, in spite of its minimal design and space consumption. You also get a limited lifetime warranty from Bench Dog Tools.
Because, it comes with smart functionality, i.e. dual fence slot configuration which will allow you to rotate the fence and work from either side of the table to maximize the surface area.
The ProMax includes a cast-iron top, and accepts 8-1/4″ x 11-3/4″ table plates, along with a miter gauge track that adjusts for a no-slop fit. A heavy-duty on/off button resides on the side, and the table rests on casters that come with locks for added stability during use.
At first glance, you may think that this attachment could get in your way while you’re using the table saw. However, to make things easier for you, the split-piece fence is removable. This is why we like this router table, because it offers an extension to your saw. When you take the fence off, it hangs on two j-hooks on the bottom for convenience.

What reviewers didn't like

The other downside to the 40-102 is that it doesn’t come with a router plate. You have to buy the ProPlate separately, and even some other Bench Dog-brand plates won’t fit, so finding the right one can be a bother.
Can be used only as an extension to the main table.
The table is very heavy and you will really need help with the mounting process. Its router Pro Plate has to be purchased separately from the actual product.
You have to buy the plate separately. There isn’t a whole lot of space to work with.
However, the machine can be a bit noisy and you may need some more time to assemble it.
The ProFence is not quite straight.
Pricey.
Not designed for larger pieces. No attachments or featherboards included.
