What reviewers liked

We love how well suited these running shoes are too all different types of terrain this is because of the AHAR (ASICS High Abrasion Rubber) which is cleverly placed on the areas of the outsole that require more durability.
Multi-directional lugs provide reliable traction when the surface gets slick.
This makes for a smooth, cushioned feel during heel-to-toe transition that helps make them the best running shoes for bad knees. Also working to reduce the impact shock in your joints, especially knees, is the design.
Incredibly lightweight for a pair of shoes that can provide this much cushioning in this much support, these shoes don’t feel tight or rigid but instead feel “locked in” and secure.
One thing I love about ASICS is that they always pay particular attention to the insoles unlike some brands that invest a lot in midsole technology and sort of leave the insole to fend for itself.
In terms of ventilation, the shoes are well ventilated and allow free air circulation within the shoe. This is to ensure that your feet do not sweat unnecessarily and cause inconveniences while running.
A snug upper design with a soft cushion that offers a firm step, the somewhat aggressive lugs provide runners with the grip they need to keep moving.

What reviewers didn't like

Limited to trail running so if you enjoy long road runs you will need a road running shoe as well.
Narrow toe box for most
It’s not water resistant and can soak with water easily
