What reviewers didn't like

This modem uses Intel Puma 6 chipset which many buyers noted has a history of failing. Does not include Wi-Fi and not compatible with voice plans.
It works great. But sometimes it loses its signal. I don't know if it's the modem or Comcast. My bet is open Comcast. Wish it had telephone capabilities.
