Overall Take

The Anker PowerCore+ Portable Charger packs serious power, with a capacity of 26800mAh. It can also charge faster than comparable power banks, reaching a full charge in only 6.5 hours. However, this charger doesn't work with the fast-charging capabilities of some newer phones. So, you won't get the full charging speed available with devices like the iPhone X.

In our analysis of 43 expert reviews, the Anker PowerCore+ Portable Charger placed 9th when we looked at the top 12 products in the category. For the full ranking, see below.

What experts liked

Charges fast, can charge 3 device at once in an amazingly short time.
There are three output ports on this power bank and each of them is quite powerful.
The top of the device has a power button with 10 lights, each one accounting for 10 percent of the battery’s charge.
The QuickCharge 3.0 input feature allows you to charge your massive capacity power bank in about 6.5 hours flat!
Huge Capacity. 26800mAh of power charges most phones over 7 times, tablets at least 2 times and any other USB device multiple times.

What experts didn't like

It's expensive, but if you need a serious charger, you may not mind the investment.
The size of this power bank is quite large and heavy, too.
Unfortunately, a dedicated USB-C port is no where to be found on this particular PowerCore+ model.
Will not charge iPhone X, iPhone 8 & iPhone 8 plus at fastest possible speed
More expensive as far as battery packs go but this ticks all the boxes if you really need a large amount of portable power.
