Expert Reviews

What experts liked

The bolted-on, stainless steel handle is reminiscent of restaurant quality and doesn’t get as hot as an integral iron handle.
That squared cooking surface is quite large and therefore you’re going to be able to cook a lot of food on it at any one time.
And even at a reasonable price point, you can be sure this pan will last—All-Clad offers a lifetime warranty.
This is a must have in the kitchen! I have used it twice this week already! The meat never sticks and cleaning is a breeze, you do not even need to soak the pan!
Amazing heat conductivity, especially on electric stoves.
The pan is constructed of hard anodized aluminum which heats up evenly across the pan.

What experts didn't like

The pan has only one handle and offers less control when weighted with food.
While that handle may be quite stylish, it isn’t the most comfortable pan that you’re ever going to hold. That’s an added problem considering that the pan is also quite heavy.
I wish the lines/bumps could be deeper, so as to hold more bacon grease, but we can live with that.
No lids included.
The handle is not part of the pan and is of different material which may fall off or break over time.
