The Adscope 601 is an excellent choice for professionals and doctors, and is highly versatile, working for both adults and children. The acoustic quality is excellent and accurate, especially with the dual-lumen tube, and stainless-steel diaphragm.
What reviewers didn't like
Not as effective on smaller subjects ( children and animals)
Can be heavy and uncomfortable over long periods. Ear tips are not very comfortable or durable.
