Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

The colors reproduced by the IPS technology look great. The flickerless technology reduces eye strain and the refresh and response rates are comparable to other top gaming monitors.
The company's Predator XB321HK gaming monitor backs up its ultra-HD resolution with Nvidia G-Sync technology, allowing you to play your 4K games without worrying about stutters or screen tears.
The colors on the XB321HK are excellent. There’s a slight oversaturation of blue and cyan, but only marginally so and nothing that will affect your gaming experience.

G-Sync is certainly a big factor in that equation and the XB complemented our GTX Titan X gaming system perfectly. As with any Ultra HD monitor, you’ll need to tailor your particular games’ detail levels to achieve playable framerates.
Smooth G-Sync performance
The UHD display is combined with Nvidia’s G-Sync technology to deliver a gaming experience void of screen tearing or input lag. The UHD gaming monitor also features an IPS panel, which delivers accurate color rendering, sharp and crisp images, and smooth textures.

What reviewers didn't like

The screen tends to develop stuck or dead pixels over long periods of play
As far as articulation goes, you can tilt the Predator's display 25 degrees backward or 5 degrees forward, as well as raise it up or down about 5 inches. Unfortunately, you can't swivel the monitor left to right. The Predator is wall-mountable, so long as you've got a VESA-compliant mount.
one of the drawbacks of gaming with a 4K monitor is you really need a beefy video card to run newer games at its native resolution. My Nvidia GTX 1070 Ti GPU was able to run most games smoothly at high graphics settings, but if you have something below that you’ll likely need to lower some settings or run it at 1440p.
