We looked at the top Bike Trainers and dug through the reviews from some of the most popular review sites. Through this analysis, we've determined the best Bike Trainer you should buy.

Overall Take

With this bike trainer, you get magnetic resistance for a smooth, challenging ride. It is one of the heavier bike stands, which makes it sturdy but can also make it hard to move around. It comes with a riser block that you can use to prop up the front end for a more challenging ride. We found the sockets to be easy to unscrew and we liked the lock on the adjusters so they don't spin while the bike is in motion. We also really liked the stable base and the resistance dial.

In our analysis of 54 expert reviews, the Bike Lane Pro Indoor Bike Trainer placed 5th when we looked at the top 15 products in the category. For the full ranking, see below.

Expert Reviews

What experts liked

It’s one of the least expensive magnetic trainers, and it has the durability and convenience of more expensive products.
It utilizes magnetic resistance to provide bikers with the sensation of outdoor training.

What experts didn't like

It doesn’t have smart capabilities or Bluetooth compatibility, so you can’t use it to connect with popular cycling apps like Zwift.
The manufacturer could have included a mechanism that would lock the legs in place for when they are unfolded.
