A number of national and regional pizza chains are offering some delicious deals to honor the day of Pi.

And that makes sense because what better pie is there than pizza?

What Is Pi Day?

Pi Day is an unofficial holiday on March 14, or 3/14, which refers to Pi.

The number Pi is the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter, which is approximately 3.14159 (and the number continues on into infinity).

Papa Gino’s — If you need to feed a crowd on Pi Day, the Triple Threat Deal will get you a large traditional cheese pizza, small boneless chicken wings and an order of cinnamon sticks for $16.

Papa Murphy’s

Papa Murphy’s—Participating markets are offering large, one-topping pizzas with thin crust for just $3.14 when you order online, a spokesperson told us. Each customer is limited to three pizzas and you’ll want to call your local Papa Murphy’s to find out if they are participating!
