Applebee’s Is Selling $2 Vodka Lemonades All Month Long

It's a sure sign spring is on its way!

NEW YORK, NY - DECEMBER 01: An Applebees restaurant is seen on December 1, 2015 in New York City. A new sodium warning that includes the logo of a salt shaker printed in menus is the result of a city-wide law effecting restaurants with 15 or more locations and lets consumers know that an item has 2,300 milligrams of sodium or more in it. Restuarants must have the logo on their menu starting today. (Photo by Andrew Burton/Getty Images)

Following $1 Bahama Mama’s, Long Island iced teas and margaritas, the next discount drink special from Applebee’s is a sure sign that summer is on its way—or maybe just spring break.

Throughout the month of March, you can snag an Absolut Vodka lemonade at Applebee’s for just $2. Yes, that’s $1 more than the previous drink specials, but it’s made with Absolut vodka, which is a premium alcohol. In other words: $2 is totally worth it.

And we must add, it’s not as small as you might think it is for the price—it comes in an ice cold 10 oz mug. YUM!

“Temperatures are rising, flowers are blooming and seasons are changing. Spring is in the air which means lemonade season is back in session,” Applebees says of the drink. “Stop by Applebee’s for your very first sip of spring today.”

You had us at vodka, Applebee’s. And lemonade. And $2.

The promotion began March 1, but it may vary by restaurant location, so be sure to check with yours before heading out. It’s also a good idea to check out what other specials might be at your location so you can pair the drink discount with other awesome deals.

While the Absolut Vodka lemonade is available all day, if you wait until happy hour (which varies from 8p.m., 9 p.m. or 10 p.m. depending on your location), you can pair it with half-off apps and other discounted drinks. If you just can’t wait for a late-night treat though, bring a friend and hit up the 2 for $20 menu. You’ll get an appetizer to share and two entrees. Combine it with two Absolut Vodka lemonades and you’ve each got yourself a meal for $12.

Lastly, a word of warning: Just because you can afford more with the discounted price doesn’t mean you should order more, so please remember to drink responsibly and get a ride home if you couldn’t resist ordering a couple.

Cheers, friends!
