Applebee’s is launching free delivery nationwide

As restaurants across the country switch to delivery and curbside pick-up due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many are also offering deals.

This now includes Applebee’s, which is offering free delivery through a partnership with Pepsi. To qualify for free delivery, your order must be placed on Applebees.com or via the Applebee’s mobile app.

There is no order minimum needed to qualify. You can choose from a menu of Applebee’s favorites like the classic bacon cheeseburger, boneless wings, classic broccoli chicken alfredo and more. Free delivery will automatically be applied at checkout.

Applebee’s delivery is not available at all locations, so you will need to check your local Applebee’s before placing your order. The restaurant chain does not say how long free delivery will be offered, but does indicate that it will be for a limited time.

Applebee’s is not the only restaurant offering some perks if you order a to-go meal.

Popeyes is also offering free delivery, as is KFC through April 26. Chipotle is also offering free delivery on orders of $10 or more until March 31, and Uber Eats is waiving delivery fees for more than 100,000 independent restaurants.

The Cheesecake Factory is also offering free delivery via DoorDash on orders of $15 or more. Or, if you order $30 worth of food or more, you can choose a free slice of cheesecake instead. You cannot get both the free cheesecake and free delivery.

Wendy’s is also offering either free delivery or a treat, making delivery free through Grubhub and Postmates on orders of $10 or more. If you’d rather go through a drive-thru instead, you’ll get a free Jr. Frosty.

While not free, if you’re wanting to have a pizza night, Pizza Hut, Papa John’s and Domino’s are all offering contactless delivery, giving you the option to order and pay online and have your pizza left at the door. This means you don’t have to have any physical contact with the driver, and can keep a safe distance from them upon delivery of your meal.

Where will you be ordering your next meal from?
