Burger joints, you’re low on the (fast) food chain. Chicken, pizza, taco, burrito and even donut fast-food spots are out-performing the almighty burger when it comes to customer satisfaction, according to a new survey that ranks Americans’ fave fast food spots.

To compile this list, the American Customer Satisfaction Index took into account a number of factors. Among them? How accurate are the food orders, because requesting “no onions” and driving off with “extra onions” is infuriating, right? Other factors include courteous staff, clean restaurants that are laid out well, the quality of food and drinks, the speed at check out and the variety of food and beverages.

The results show fast-food burger chains are among the least favorites of customers, lagging below the industry average. But, in terms of favorite burger chains, customers gave the crown to Burger King this year. It’s the first time in more than two decades that Burger King passed up Wendy’s. McDonald’s, though, continues to run at the bottom.

Here’s the top 17 fast food restaurants, according to the survey. Did your favorite fast-food chain make the list?

17. McDonald’s

People were really upset when McDonald’s got rid of its “orange drink.” For the record, it looks like the chain has replaced it with orange Fanta.

16. Jack in the Box

You can get the best of both worlds here: burgers and tacos.

15. Wendy’s

They’re famous for their Frostys. Here’s how you can make one at home. But you might need to go to Wendy’s to get fries to dip in the Frosty. Try it, if you haven’t.

14. Taco Bell

Well, at least one couple loved  it so much they got married there.

13. Pizza Hut

But they get extra credit for their boxes that can turn into projector screens, right?

12. Starbucks

We didn’t expect to see the coffee chain on this list, but they have upped their food offerings, with breakfast sandwiches and more.

11. Burger King

We just noticed they’re serving Lucky Charms milkshakes. That should give them some good luck next year when the rankings come around, right?

10. Little Caesars

And, little prices. You can pick up a pizza for $5.

9. KFC

Psst, here’s how to make KFC’s ‘original’ fried chicken.

8. Domino’s

Don’t be surprised if a drone someday delivers your Domino’s pizza order. Wait, do you tip drones?

7. Dunkin Donuts

No shame, in their sugar and caffeine game. If you need something a little stronger than a coffee, they’ll serve you a sugary Blue Monster Drink.

6. Chipotle

Soon, you might be able to go through a Chipotle drive-thru.

5. Arby’s

Worth noting, this chain will start selling turkey legs at nine of its locations.

4. Subway

Fun fact! Did you know there’s 38 million different ways to make your sandwich at this sub shop?

3. Papa John’s

That garlic sauce, though!

2. Panera Bread

We especially love that each night, Panera donates its leftover bread to feed the hungry.

1. Chick-Fil-A

We’re guessing the response a Chick-Fil-A employee would give to finding out the restaurant topped the list would be a friendly: “My pleasure!”
