Your wedding day will likely go down as one of the best days of your life, but also one of the most expensive. Thankfully, Amazon is here to take away some of the wedding day burden so you can get back to the wedding day bliss. You could win $5,000 when you register through Amazon’s wedding registry, and that kind of cash would definitely help you enjoy your big day.
So, here’s how it all works. According to the official contest page, you have until May 31 to create a registry for your wedding through Amazon. Then, add $1,000 worth of items to your registry and you’re in the running for the $5,000 prize. Simple as that.
Here’s the LINK to the registry sweepstakes.
One winner will be selected and notified via email on or around June 7. The very lucky couple will then receive $5,000 to be put towards wedding services. All you have to do redeem the check is provide an invoice from one vendor hired to provide services for your wedding or commitment ceremony.
Besides the chance to win this amazing prize, there are a lot of reasons why you’d want to make a wedding registry with Amazon.
There are obviously tons of items to choose from, and there’s a chance for major savings.

Some items on the registry make you eligible to receive gifts for free, take this Nordic Ware promo for example. Upon completing a mail-in rebate, you can receive up to $100 in Nordic Ware when the brand is purchased from your registry. Not a bad deal!
Plus, once your registry is completed, you’ll receive a 20 percent off one-time use offer (10 percent for non-Prime members). Saving through Amazon is always appreciated!
Amazon’s thinking of countless ways to make your wedding day (and your life post-nuptials) perfect, and it really doesn’t get better than that. So, say “I do” to the Amazon Wedding Registry!
